Join Elmcor Youth & Adult Activities for a special Brown History Month event exploring the history and legacy of the Young Lords and the powerful tradition of Black and Brown communities organizing together to protect their health, communities, and futures.
The evening will feature a special screening of TAKEOVER, The Young Lords, followed by a community conversation with organizers, advocates, health leaders, and members of the Young Lords and Black Panther movements and an opportunity to break bread together.
